Terms of Service

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues.
• Prices listed are in PKR and may change without prior notice.
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen/lighting differences; actual product color might differ a little from what's shown on the website.
• No refunds/exchanges on custom or made-to-order pieces, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Misora is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customer must inspect the product upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, with photo/video proof.
• Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
